Paper Quiz Grader
This tool will help you scan and automatically grade a stack of paper quizzes using a USB document camera (such as a HoverCam or Orbit).
What this tool supports
- Each quiz may contain multiple choice, true/false, or short answer questions.
- A maximum of 20 questions per page.
- Each quiz must be exactly one page.
- All papers in this batch are assumed to be the same quiz.
Before you begin
- Briefly fan through the papers and make sure each one has a student's name written on it.
- Set your document camera on a flat surface, and rotate any rotated papers as needed so they fit cleanly in the preview frame.
⚠ Important — Page 1 builds the answer key
The AI doesn't know the answers to your quiz — it only reads what's marked on the page. Place your answer key on top of the stack. On the next screen you'll see the extracted questions and answers, and you can review and edit anything before grading the rest of the papers.

Please carefully review and edit any mistakes before continuing — the rest of the papers will be graded against whatever you confirm here. The AI is good at reading what's on the page, but it doesn't independently know whether those marked answers are correct.
